PREMIER DECK offers a whole package that will help realize your wants for your deck.

Basic Deck Construction: An undisturbed base made of an 8-inch thick and a 16-inch diameter-poured cement footer is the foundation of the deck. It is where the 6x6 pressure-treated post is set. The footer is placed below the frost line, that is, 30 inches below grade. The ledger board, however, uses ½-inch galvanized lag bolts to ensure that it is securely lagged into the joist of the house. Also, the ledger boards are secured using galvanized joist hanger brackets. The house surface is protected against water by an approved flashing that covers the ledger board. The main beams of the house are pressure-treated 2x12 and supported by the 6x6 posts. The connection of the joist to the beams is supported by the galvanized joist ties.

Premier Deck uses only galvanized hardwares, stainless steel, and epoxy-coated colored fasteners. Since we want our potential customers to choose us, we provide them with a variety of composite decking materials, vinyl decking, wood product decking, as well as railing choices in a composite material, vinyl, or natural wood products. In terms of deck-fastening, Premier Deck offers stainless steel nails, stainless or epoxy-coated deck screws, hidden fastener systems like “Tiger Claw” or “Deck Master.” Also, to ensure that your under deck area is dry, we provide a dry space system.
